Department of Fundamental of Nursing

This course introduces the essential concepts and skills that form the foundation of professional nursing practice. Established in the academic year 2023–2024 to meet the growing needs of the community and healthcare system, the course prepares students for further nursing studies and clinical practice.

It focuses on understanding clients’ needs, applying functional health patterns, and performing safe and effective nursing interventions. Through guided clinical experiences within the superspeciality hospital, students learn to integrate basic nursing principles into real practice and develop confidence in performing essential nursing procedures.

The department values students as key stakeholders and is committed to supporting their academic and professional growth. It aims to develop competent graduates who are well-prepared for employment at local, regional, and international levels.
